5 Helpful Tips!

Coach Bruce can help you make your fundraising experience easy. Here are a few key points to guide you in the process.

1) You will need a good simple parent letter. Explain how the money is being used and remember to KISS (Keep it simple smarty.) See our sample parent letter.

2) Set up a prize program to motivate the kids. I usually insist on this, unless the school or orginaization has a no prize policy, and I will pay for the prize program myself.

3) The brochures must all be distrubuted on the same day as the assembly. Teacher coordination is vital because sometimes teachers forget to give out the brochures.

4) You need to have a high quality product you can be proud of. You don't want your kids selling in your community what you wouldn't happily buy yourself.

5) Delivery day is showtime. Parents forget and need to be reminded prior to delivery day. Use your cell phone 60 minutes before its over to contact no-shows.
